The VRRRM program aims to repair, retire, or replace thousands of polluting vehicles in California, potentially removing more than 500 tons of pollutants from the air in California by 2013. VRRRM pays for approved emissions-related diagnostics and repairs that result in a significant and durable emissions reduction.
